You’re tired of the little question your family and friends keep asking you? “How are you doing?” Truth be, not all that well. You need someone to inspire you with big questions. “Who are you really?” You sense the answer is hidden in you.
The problem is you don’t know how to access those answers. You feel cut off from your deep truth. Alienated. You fear you have lost yourself and your spiritual connection.
These are signs you are not paying attention to your higher purpose.
If only someone would come along and ask, “How is your soul doing? How does your heart or soul speak to you? How might your intuition show you a way out of the darkness?”
Someone who encourages you to reveal your inner truth. In order that your outer life, the relationships you have, the work you do, the values you cherish will align with your deeper purpose.

Though this is not therapy, you will gain awareness of the habits, behavioral patterns and emotional blocks that hinder you from sensing your purpose. With me, you will begin to formulate tiny action steps to foster self-knowledge, spiritual growth and well-being.
